This morning, Zambia Red Cross Society (ZRCS), appeared at a Parliament hearing in line with the 2025 National budget estimates.
The presentation by the Secretary General Mr. Cosmas Sakala, focused on ZRCS’s insights and recommendations for the 2025 budget allocations under Head 19 – Disaster Management and Mitigation.
